The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Rho Upsilon Lambda Chapter Celebrated their Fraternities Founders’ Day on December 4, 2025 at Golden Corral, in Dothan, Alabama.

The Fraternity was founded December 4, 1906 at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY by seven brothers who reconized the need for a strong bond of brotherhood among African descendants in this country.  The founders are known as the seven jewels.

Since its founding on December 4, 1906, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has supplied voice and vision to the struggle of African Americans and people of color around the world.

The Brothers of RUL celebrated the founders and the fraternity.  The brothers also fellowshiped and discussed plans and events for the local chapter.
